Super Mario Sunshine Spaghetti Drive

Mama Mia! To commemorate the release of Celebrating Nintendo’s SUPER SUNSHINE MARIO TM game at the 2002 Gamers Summit, Paradigm heaped more than 1.5 tons of Spaghetti Bolognese into a ten foot wide bowl on San Francisco’s Little Italy, eating an existing Guinness World Record for “The Largest Bowl of Pasta” by over 700 lbs. Once the world record was authenticated, six Mario-attired Nintendo fans took turns plunging themselves into oodles of noodles for a Hawaiian vacation prize-hunting frenzy.
