In celebration of the premiere of “No Ordinary Family,” Paradigm Shift created a family friendly, highly visual and interactive experience in New York’s Times Square.

Just as the Powell family on the new television series discovered their own unique and distinct super powers, other families had the chance to demonstrate their own strength by seeing if they could lift a car off the ground or could run at the speed of light.

To demonstrate their “super strength,” participants went from ordinary to extraordinary as they lifted an SUV off the ground. Participants received a picture of their “super strength” power as well as a card directing them to NoOrdinaryEvent.com, where they could download their photos and share them with friends and family.

To demonstrate “Super Speed,” participants were video taped running in front of a projection screen, with trees and buildings whizzing by at lightning speed. To commemorate this “No Ordinary” feat, participants received a card directing them to NoOrdinaryEvent.com, where they could download their video and share it on social networking sites. In addition to the video and photos, each participant received a No Ordinary Family commemorative t-shirt and Sam Champion of ABC TV was on hand to interview participants live on Good Morning America.
