Pirates of the Carribean DVD Launch

To celebrate the DVD release of PIRATES OF THE CARRIBBEAN: THE CURSE OF THE BLACK PEARL, paradigm worked with Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Target to create a combination publicity stunt/retailainment event at the “Pirates in Paradise Festival” in Key West, Florida. As thousands of pirate enthusiasts gathered in Mallory Square, an intricately choreographed pirate fight ushered in the majestic arrival of our “ghost ship,” bathed in a dazzling array of aerial pyrotechnics orchestrated to the film’s powerful soundtrack. The docking of the ship, retrofitted to be a floating Target store, signaled the kick-off of a record-breaking nationwide “midnight madness sale” for the DVD.
