For the POKEMON launch event, Paradigm shut down portions of Times Square for an elaborate “POKEMON Parade,” ushering in a special “golden cassette” promotion created by Warner Brothers and Nintendo.  The event included over 30 “living POKEMON cards,” a marching band and a giant, pyrotechnic-charged “Poke-Ball,” out of which the costumed character Pikachu emerged.
